During this unprecedented time, we understand everyone is feeling uncertain and scared. We are right there with you.
Cinderella's Gowns is a small family owned business. Additionally, we are a seasonal business with March & April being our busiest season. The coronavirus has absolutely devastated our business, but more importantly, we are worried about keeping our families, employees, and you safe.
Like you, myself, my husband, and our two children, along with all of our staff live here in the community. We are all looking forward to the day when the pandemic is behind us and we can return to our lives and jobs.
As always, Cinderella's Gowns is unable to accept returns or offer refunds. We have always maintained that All Sales Are Final and must maintain that policy now.
We are closely following the CDC and government guidelines. At this time, our showroom is closed due to shelter in place orders issued by Gwinnett County.
We ask that all our customers be understanding as we navigate this situation together.
