• I am delighted about above-and-beyond customer service and am a loyal customer! I had an ordering complication, and not only did Randy and Brittany take care of me, but both did so with graciousness and a true smile. WOW!!!! And gown arrived today. All around it is A-plus plus plus!

• Both of my daughters needed dresses for an upcoming pageant. I drove from East Cobb to visit Cinderella's Closet and was not disappointed. They have a fantastic collection of pageant dresses and a very knowledgeable sales staff. The girls were able to try on their dresses and walk the runway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We ended up with two beautiful gowns and will make sure to go back when we need new ones.

• The store's gown selection is vast. There is something for anyone, in any size. But I have give accolades to a sales associate name Freshta. My daughter was assigned to one associate who could have cared less if she found her dream gown. It shown on her face. Just terrible! But then we were given Freshta! She really knows the store's stock, and you could tell she really wanted my daughter to find her dream prom gown. Money was no object and I would have purchased a gown that was $$$$ if that's what she wanted. The first sales associate was so mean, I almost walked out until we got Freshta. She is the perfect sales associate for a young lady who requires more time to shop. She was sooooooo patient! Kept a smile on her face the whole time. Then to top it off, I was offered a huge discount to purchase the floor sample from the owner. My daughter purchased the turquoise cheetah gown. She wore it last evening and was stunning! I Thank you for running a business of excellence. You have a gem in Freshta, she should be considered for management. You would serve yourself well to promote staff that are worthy of recognition. Freshta should be at the top of your list.

• I have been to Cinderellas closet two times. First i came and found some dresses. When I tried them on I was not liking how some were looking on me, but Morgan showed me how they could look better. We left and I came back a week later. It was Saturday and it was really busy. I got one girl, but she just stood outside the dressing room, something with an e. No help at all, so I found Morgan and waited til she was done with her other customer. I found some more dresses, but she gave me one that was poofy. I tried it on because I liked her and it looked so good on me! Now I know I will look good on prom. When I come back again she even said I could do layaway. I am so glad for all of the help.

• It was fabulous! They have so many options to choose from and the customer service was unbelievable, they asked me my name right when I walked through the door. They were very friendly. My Sales Associate Michelle R. was outstanding! She made feel comfortable and beautiful in every dress, but she also made me feel like she was my best friend who would tell me the truth in how I looked in each in dress, I trusted her advice. She would help me find just the right jewelry to go with every dress. The place is very well organized and there is definitely a dress for every girl in that store.

• When I first walked in< i felt like i was in some fairytale!!! Beautiful store, beautiful dresses, beautiful people! I was shocked on how everything was put to place, how the dresses, look, the famous cat walk which now they have 2 in the store!!!! totally upgraded than ever before, the store should hit TV commercials!! From, the experience i got from the workers there, very helpful by far the best experience i have ever gotten from anywhere!! Davids bridal or any other prom store has nothing against Cinderella's closet! hands down the best place for shopping in GA period!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even the staff itself had beautiful looks and were very knowledgeable about there dresses, Kathleen and also Royal which i adore for her smile and hard work and being patient with me !! thank you all and everyone should go visit NOW!!!

• I went today with my mind set on one dress. Morgan was my sales associate and she was sooooo patient with me. She even assisted me in finding a different dress that I actually liked better and ended up buying. She connected with me, and I had a feeling that she cared about how I looked in each dress. She wasn't just trying to make a sale; she was actually making sure I got the best dress for me. She was amazingly nice, and I enjoyed trying on dresses because of her. • Cinderella's closet had an amazing selection of dresses. I actually went there to look for my wedding dress. Michelle helped me find an absolutely stunning wedding dress. I was very impressed with their service and variety of dresses. I would definitely them to anyone looking for a wedding, prom, or pageant dress.

• ALL TIME FAVORITE STORE!!!!!! <3 this store is amazing i felt like i was in a dream world. the service is excellent, and they have so many verities of dresses for plus sized girls; which i love. Kerra was the amazing consultant that helped me find my dream prom dress, and i can't thank her enough for her wonderful service and politeness. i highly recommend if you need a prom dress, beauty pageant wear, or formal attire to shop at Cinderella's Closet!!!!!!

• LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! I brought my daughters with me to buy them dresses for there party. I live in Atlanta and drove up 85 North to get there. ( took me awhile to get there and I saw the billboards on the interstate) They have a wide selection of dresses for all types of occasions. My daughters did not know where to start from. We arrived on a Saturday and it was busy!!! Royal was helping us and she did a great job!!!! She introduced herself to us and suggested some dresses to look at. One hour later we left with two fabulous dresses!!!!!!!!!! I would highly recommended visiting this store!!!!!

• I went there today and i was really happy with the service. the store was like a fairy-tale and the dresses were so pretty. i didn't have nearly enough time to buy anything for the engagement party i was attending, and i felt SO bad for my associate who had to deal with my whimsical changes in dresses and had to dress me, find jewelry and shoes. and she didn't even bat an eye, i think she goes way beyond her duties here. she was not just professional, but enjoyable. we even joked about her height and had a hoot with the other associates. :)

• What a wonderful day my daughter and I had trying to find the perfect dress for prom. Tooba was the most amazing, patient person I have ever had to deal with. She took the time to figure out my daughters personality and then helped her find the perfect dress. This experience was well worth the hour drive from Douglasville, my daughter will be the most beautiful one at Prom. THANKS TOOBA...you made thie mother/daughter team very happy!

• I was in desperate need of a prom dress after some months of procrastination (like coming up in two weeks desperate). I found Cinderella's Closet online and after seeing all the amazing gowns I knew I had to stop by. I kind of dreaded shopping for my dress because I knew my mom wouldn't be able to come with me to help, but the Cinderella's staff made me feel right at home. Not only was the staff pleasant but they were very knowledgeable and I valued their opinions (I'm not the most fashion forward girl ever- I live in T-shirts and sneakers). Even though they were swamped (I came on a Saturday afternoon) they never made me feel rushed. I found a killer Jovani dress for only $300 on sale and matching shoes and jewelry. My boyfriend even approved! I'm gonna look AWESOME!

• Great first experience on getting my prom dress. Once you walk in you feel so welcomed and you get your own assistant to help you get any kind of dress you like. Their selection on dresses are great, almost any kind of dress is there. I would definitely recommend Cinderella's closet to go to. Freshet was our personal assistant and she was very attentive and found the perfect dress for me.

• At first i was skeptical going to Cinderella's Closet, but once I got inside, I was blowned away!! The dresses were amazing and the people were very friendly. There was this one young lady by the name of ROYAL whom was real helpful with everything. She first addressed my needs in a dress then she showed me a selection to choose from. • CINDERELLA CLOSET'S.......What can I say, when I first open the door to a awesome place i felt very welcomed. The workers was very concerned about you an the dress that you wanted to get. I always heard about Cinderella closet through my school an family. An all my friends love going there for their prom dresses. So when i walked in I looked around an it was a Tony Bowls Trunk Show and my mom and I stayed there to watch it an my helper still stayed with me even though i didn't buy anything but it was very fun.

• I bought my sister dress at Cinderella's Closet.My sister had already bought a dress from a department store at Perimeter Mall but it did not compare to the dresses at Cinderella's Closet. There gowns were neatly organized by color and had accessories every where to match the perfect dress.This store has a great selections of prom, homecoming, and formal dresses. They have every color you can imagine from light to dark colors. With all that being said I bought anther dress in replace of the one she had already gotten because it was better quality and the customer service was great!
