 The retail store is open Monday through Friday from 12 to 6, Saturdays 10 to 6, and Sunday 1 to 5.

The best way to make sure you get a great fitting prom dress is to check the size chart of the designer prom dress you are looking at and compare your measurements. Remember, nearly all  prom gowns will require some alterations to get that perfect fit.

How do I measure myself for a prom gown or pageant dress?

The best way to get accurate measurements and find the best fit for your prom dress is to enlist a friend to help you. Measure your bust at the fullest part with your arms down by your side. Then measure your waist at its smallest part. Remember prom gown measurements are at your natural waist, not necessarily where your jeans sit. You should measure your hips around the fullest part, this counts your rear end too. Check out the model for a guide. Yes! We have a beautiful store with more than 7200 feet of exquisite and unique gowns with a qualified staff of associates to help you find the perfect prom dress for your special occasion. How can I track my dress?

For tracking information on your prom dress or pageant gown, give us a call or email with your name and we will send you the tracking information.

When will my prom dress get here?

In stock orders are shipped out same business day when received before 12PM EST. The time it takes for your prom dress or pageant gown to get to you depends on the destination and method of shipping you chose. We are more than happy to rush your dream dress to you. Special orders are dependent on the designer’s stock. You will be notified of your ship date.

How do I shop for my prom gown or pageant dress online?

To start shopping, click on the category that you would like to shop from on the home page or at the top of any other page on the site. In each category there are sub categories with different items.

Click on a small thumbnail photo of a product, and you'll be taken to a style description page where you'll see a large photo. Here you can also see size charts and color charts.

Choose your color and size, and click the "Add to cart" button. After adding it to your cart, it will show the item to the left in your cart. Now you can continue shopping for additional items, or check out.

Your shopping cart is where you keep your selections until you're ready to check out. To remove an item from your bag, click the delete button next to the item you want to delete.

Now you will be taken to a secure page where you will enter your personal information and credit card number. After filling this in, the page will show you the contents of your cart and the price of your purchase.

Do you have a prom dress catalog?

Yes! We publish our own beautiful prom dress and pageant dress catalog filled with unique and exclusive gowns. You can view our catalog online under the Cinderella’s Closet Collection. You can also join our Prom Girl Model Search.

Do you ship your prom gowns and pageant dresses outside the US?

We can take orders for almost anywhere in the world!  Once you find the prom or pageant dress you just have to have, place your order. Just make sure the billing and shipping addresses match. We will contact you by email.

How long are the prom dresses?

Typically dresses are 57” inches long, meaning they will fit a 5’8” girl wearing short heels. If you are very tall please call or email us. Some dresses can be made extra long to accommodate your tall frame.
