Halle Berry held many pageant titles including, Miss Teen All American, Miss Ohio USA, and was first runner up at Miss USA. Mary Hart from Entertainment Tonight competed in Miss South Dakota America. Lindsey Bloom, the original Daisy Duke from The Dukes of Hazard, was fourth runner up at Miss International. Other famous competitors include Sharon Stone, Michelle Pfieffer, and Kathie Lee Gifford.
