The Touch Ups Tiara is a 6 1/4" X 4 1/2" evening handbag. It folds over completely and has a pleated sash in the front. It has a circular rhinestone ornament in the center of the sash. This purse is available in silver and gold metallic and black satin. This handbag also comes in dyeable satin.
